Welcome to Flixtoon Animation Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Because our studio operates strictly on a professional Business-to-Business (B2B) and custom digital content deployment framework, all architectural assets, character rigs, storyboards, and animated media deliverables are custom-built to unique client specifications. We maintain this transparent, standardized Cancellation & Refund Policy to clarify financial milestones and protect operational investments.
By executing a commercial quotation, initiating a corporate purchase order, or utilizing our secure payment network (including gateway partners such as Paytm), you formally acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined below.
Clients maintain the unilateral right to request the formal cancellation or permanent suspension of any ongoing animation pipeline or production deployment. To initiate a project cancellation, the following operational protocols must be followed:
• Written Notice: Cancellation mandates must be submitted in explicit writing directly to our centralized compliance inbox at contact@flixtoon.com. Mid-production messages via instant messengers, telephone calls, or video logs will not be recognized as formal notice.
• Immediate Work Cessation: Upon receipt and verified validation of a written cancellation notice, Flixtoon Animation Private Limited will permanently halt all work across our studio teams (including scriptwriters, asset designers, rigger technicians, and animators) within twenty-four (24) business hours.
• Accrued Billing Assessment: The client remains fully liable to settle financial costs for all labor expenditures, production hours, vector background designs, sequential storyboards, and character builds completed up to the definitive timestamp of the validated written cancellation notice.
Our studio structures project financing through staggered milestone invoices mapped directly to internal operational phases. Refund eligibility is strictly bound to these individual production milestones:
• Advance Mobilization Fees & Retainers: Upfront contract deposits (typically 50% of the aggregate value or as specified in the project quotation) are completely non-refundable. These operational funds are immediately drawn down to clear creative schedules, establish secure storage repositories, purchase voiceover tracks, and assemble specialized layout artists.
• In-Pipeline Sign-Offs: Once a distinct production pipeline phase (such as Script & Voiceover, Structural Storyboarding, Asset Character Sheets, Rigging Layouts, or Draft Animation Layouts) has been reviewed, marked as approved, or formally cleared by the client, the corresponding financial milestone payment becomes entirely non-refundable.
• Completed & Rendered Production: No refunds, commercial chargebacks, or credit balances will be issued under any circumstances following the electronic delivery of high-resolution final renders, digital broadcast packages, or master project source files (such as Adobe Animate .FLA or vector asset bundles).
In the rare event that Flixtoon Animation Private Limited is forced to cancel an agreed-upon animation contract due to internal operational constraints or unforeseen production force majeure, any unearned portion of your milestone advance will be systematically returned to you.
All approved corporate refund settlements will be processed directly through the original payment network (e.g., Paytm Gateway infrastructure) or executed via direct corporate Net Banking transfer. Following internal financial compliance clearance, refunds will reflect in your originating bank account within 7 to 10 business days, subject to individual banking network clearance schedules.
In the event of project cancellation before completion, all right, title, and interest in and to the incomplete animation drafts, concept layouts, rough sketches, and character rigs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Flixtoon Animation Private Limited. The client explicitly agrees not to use, broadcast, host, modify, or distribute any partial assets created during an aborted or cancelled pipeline assignment.
